Individual 8 week mindfulness course

You may not fancy being part of a group or the times of the group courses may not suit you. In which case, you may prefer to do an individual 8 week mindfulness course.
The individual 8 week mindfulness course format consists of 8 x 90 minutes sessions. During the eight sessions, you will learn a variety of mindfulness skills and how to apply them in your life. These simple skills will change how you relate to yourself and the events in your life.
Completing a mindfulness course will enable you to:
- steady and calm yourself
- gain a broader perspective
- make better choices when you are stressed, anxious or frustrated
- be less reactive
Rather than feeling taken over by frustration or worrying thoughts, mindfulness provides a structured way to create a pause and to calm yourself. This can have a profoundly positive impact on how you behave, perform at work and feel about yourself.

You will receive home practice assignments at the end of each session. The home practice is an important part of the individual 8 week mindfulness course. It helps you to fully integrate the skills you learn in each session into your daily life. You will receive a course handbook and audio files to support you in this.
You may prefer a one off session as an introduction to mindfulness. Or I can offer a bespoke package of sessions in order to give you mindfulness skills to suit your particular needs.
These sessions are usually 60 minutes but can be longer if necessary.
