Mindfulness, Counselling and Psychotherapy Services
The focus of my work is supporting people to develop the self-awareness, compassion and resilience needed to fulfil their potential, whether at work or in their personal relationships.
As an experienced psychotherapist and mindfulness trainer, I support individuals to become clearer about who they are and what they want. At core, my role is to enable a dialogue which encourages openness and understands the strength in vulnerability and to facilitate creative, engaging and supportive environments which cultivate growth at both individual and organisational levels.
In addition to working as an individual trainer and psychotherapist, I also teach a range of mindfulness group courses for adults and for children.
